Genius At Work

This weekend there where Earth Day Celebrations all over the world. This year the GAW Crew donated there time and talents and painted a Mural at Normandy Elementary school in South Central Los Angeles. This years theme was energy conservation. Prone and Duce of the GAW crew decided to pay homage to a scientific mind that has lived in obscurity and although he is accredited with The invention of AC (Alternate current) and 700 other inventions very phew people knew who Nikola Tesla was.

Spread the word and do some research on Nikola Tesla... Google his name.

La Abeja Graffiti Wall

I had breakfast at la Abeja restaurant this morning and park on the little side street. I had never done that before. When I got out of the car I notice that there where some fresh pieces painted by KEL BLA, THANKS UTI, and PLEK WAI. There were other artist on the wall but those are the three I recognized.

We went to visit our friends at "THE TOY BOKS" In Highland Park Ca. (a neighborhood in Los Angeles). This store was eclectic and unique. It is connected to a tattoo parlor and a silkcreen shop. Its a three in one stop shop. This place is definately a destination spot.
